Gear Truck was founded by Flyfishers for Flyfishers. We've been flyfishing for over 25 years and decided to share the fly gear we keep in the back of our truck on fishing trips. We're based in Brisbane Queensland and can ship to just about anywhere.

Warranty/Repair:

If you have a warranty need, most times you don’t have to send us the entire rod. We can ship the section directly to you usually in 5-7 business days, sometimes even faster.  No need to send your rod away and wait months for it to come back.

All you need to do is email us at mark@geartruck.com.au and request a warranty form.  We will send one to you immediately.

Cost for sending out a  replacement section for your fly rod is listed below  (shipping based on shipping location):

Diesel rod part warranty costs: Tip section – $150 AUD,  #2 section – $160 AUD, #3 section – $16 AUD, Grip section – $180 AUD

Diesel Glass – Tip section – $150 AUD,  #2 section – $160 AUD, #3 section – $16 AUD, Grip section – $180 AUD

*Outside of Australia and New Zealand – shipping fee will be calculated and exact cost will be charged.

RETURNS

We want you to know we have your back so if you are unsatisfied with any of our products we’ll give you 30 days to return the product for a full refund.  After 30 days you can still return the product to us for an exchange or a store credit for future purchases.

**customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees
